Along the Path

How prideful!  Of course it's not all about me!  I just wanted to get your attention.  :o)  When I had to choose a quote for my yearbook at high school graduation Proverbs 3:5-6 seemed appropriate.  Over the years this verse has been such an encouragement and has given me much hope and direction in life.  I can look back over the years and see how trusting in the Lord with all my heart and not leaning on my own understanding has protected me and given me great joy.  I've sought to acknowledge Him and allow Him to direct my path.  Now more than 25 years later, I still rely on the Lord to guide and direct my life.  So, it's not all about me, it's about living for and following my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Well, here I am avoiding my responsibilites at home and playing on the computer.  I should be organizing our bookshelf, but decided instead to start a blog.  Will this blog be utterly forgotten or the beginning of a new adventure?  Only time will tell.  My desire is to please God with what I put on here and hopefully it'll give you a small glimpse into my life along the path of following Jesus.
